Our Multi-Level Earning Program offers you the opportunity to raise the income you earn from your affiliate marketing efforts. Here’s a breakdown of how it operates:  
Primary Referral:
Joe, referred by you, purchases a prop game account. You earn a 15% commission on Joe’s purchase.
Secondary Referral:
Let’s say Joe refers Jane, Suryakanth and Omari, who then purchases an account using Joe’s affiliate link. Joe earns a commission of 10% to 15% on each transaction (based on their tier). You earn a commission of 5% of Joe’s total commission. The commission for multi-level tiers is calculated based on a percentage of the amount earned by your sub-affiliate. This is NOT deducted from the sub-affiliates’ earnings.

Yes! If your affiliate contact signs up on the website as an affiliate through your referral link, then you can earn a commission on their affiliate earnings. Further, commissions won’t be split, i.e, your sub-affiliate gets their individual commission, and you receive a bonus 5% of their commission!!

The Prop Game Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

  • The Prop Game’s affiliate program is by approval only, ensuring that we partner with the highest-caliber affiliates. To qualify, applicants must meet our selection criteria, which include:

    1. Active Social Media Engagement: A significant and active presence on social media is required, demonstrating the applicant’s influence and reach.
    2. Genuine Content Submissions: If the application involves submitting videos or other promotional materials, these must be authentic and accurately represent the applicant’s promotional skills.
    3. Provision of Valid Identification: Applicants must submit accurate and up-to-date identification documents as part of the vetting process during the payouts.

  • For instance, applications with expired IDs, weak or inactive social media profiles, or misleading promotional videos will be rejected.

    The Prop Game retains the right to deny any application that does not meet our criteria for authenticity, influence, and potential to positively promote the The Prop Game brand.

Tracking via Affiliate Links and Cookies

Affiliates can use either their referral link or the specific Coupon provided in their Affiliate Dashboard to track referrals correctly. Each referral link and Coupon comes with a 30-day cookie tracking period. To earn a commission, referrals must be completed within this period.

Example: If a potential customer clicks on an affiliate’s link on January 1st, any purchase made by that customer until April 1st will be eligible for the affiliate’s commission, assuming the cookie remains intact.

Self-Purchases by Affiliates

Affiliates are allowed to purchase The Prop Game products using their own affiliate links, but commissions will not be paid for these transactions.

Example: An affiliate buys a The Prop Game plan using their own link. While the purchase is valid, the commission for this action will not be credited.

Multiple Registrations and Referral Earnings

Customers can sign up multiple times using different affiliate links, but referral commissions will only be awarded for the first purchase made by each customer.

Example: A customer initially registers using one affiliate’s link and later makes another purchase through a different affiliate’s link. While both sign-ups are allowed, only the first purchase will qualify for a commission.

  • Commission on Initial Purchase Only

    Affiliates earn commissions solely on the first purchase made by a referred customer. Subsequent account upgrades and resets are not eligible for additional commissions.

    Example: If a customer buys a $50 plan initially and later upgrades to a $150 plan, the affiliate will receive a commission only on the initial $50 purchase.

    Tiered Commission Rates

    Commission rates are based on tiers: Trailblazer Affiliates earn 10%, Navigator Affiliates earn 12% while Pioneer Affiliates earn 15% on all qualifying package purchases.

    Example: A Trailblazer affiliate referring a $500 purchase will earn $50, whereas a Pioneer affiliate will earn $75 for the same referral. 

    Commission Maturity and Disbursement

    An affiliate’s commission becomes mature 7 days after the purchase date, following the refund period, and will then be credited to the affiliate’s dashboard. The commission remains pending during this time.

    Example: For a purchase made on July 1st, the commission will mature and appear on the affiliate’s dashboard on July 8th, provided no refund is issued.

Prohibition of PPC Advertising Using “The Prop Game”

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising or keyword bidding that involves “The Prop Game” or any variations of the brand name, including using the affiliate link on Google or other search engines and social media platforms.

Example: If an affiliate sets up a Google Ads campaign targeting the keyword “The Prop Game” with their affiliate link, it will be a violation of the program’s terms.

Affiliate Coupon and Link Usage

Commissions will be awarded for referrals generated through either an affiliate’s coupon code or the affiliate link. If there are tracking issues, affiliates should contact us via email for assistance. Manual additions of referrals upon request are not allowed.

Example: If a customer doesn’t use the Coupon code and uses only the referral link, the commission on the first purchase will still apply irrespective of the use of the Coupon and vice-versa. 

  • Refund and Dispute Policy If a sale results in a refund request approved by The Prop Game within the 7-day refund/dispute policy period, the commission attributed to that sale will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.
    Example: If a trader requests and is granted a refund within 7 days of purchase, the affiliate’s earned commission from that sale will be reversed.

Monitoring and Fraud Prevention

The Prop Game reserves the right to scrutinize affiliate sales to ensure their legitimacy and to withhold payments on sales considered fraudulent or in breach of these terms.

Example: If an affiliate is discovered using dishonest methods such as automated bots or fake sign-ups to generate referrals, the commissions from those referrals will not be paid.

Modification of Terms

The Prop Game retains the right to alter these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, but it is their responsibility to review the terms regularly.

Example: Adjustments to the commission structure will be communicated via email and updated in the affiliate dashboard.

Violation of Terms

Breaches of these terms can lead to withheld payments, account suspension, or termination of the affiliate agreement. The Prop Game reserves the right to pursue legal action against affiliates engaging in fraudulent activities.

Example: If an affiliate violates the PPC advertising restriction, their affiliate account may be suspended and any pending commissions withheld.
